You have to own to belong _OR_ "belong". But then they only have 17 members ... We had some German visitors a year or two back, and I took them to a traction engine rally. Now _THAT_ is an expensive hobby - not only do you need $$$ for a good engine - you need an articulated low loader to carry it around. A couple of the owners came into the beer tent, and I pointed them out to our visitors. Covered in filth (oil, coal dust, soot) from head to foot - and easily the richest people there.
