Auto to 5 speed? 5kst

I have an 84 5ksT. I heard about the recall posting for the auto boxes and I'm 
going to look in to my car if I'm covered as well. My tranny is new anyway so i 
don't really care. I was given a great idea by a friend. I always wanted to put 
a manual in my car if the autobox blew.....I want to see  if a dealership would 
do it for me. My quaestion is: Being an 84 Turbo (diff driveshafts) and the 86 
and up turbos being the first with manuals (diff driveshafts with the abs rotors 
on them) what could I do? Can the 86 and up driveshafts fit my car with the 5 
speed? were there any non abs mc turbos made? Would those driveshafts fit? How 
much in work and parts would be needed for th swap? Is it worthwhile for the 
dealer (does he make any money)?....Thanks Steve
