Pentosin S-11 or S-7???

I have a 91 100 and since I don't have the owners manual
I'd like to know which one of the two Pentosin fluids it
takes. I've been to two places and I've gotten two
different answers. Anybody know for sure? S-11 or S-7?
What's the difference between these two fluids anyway?
I do know that they are not interchangeable and that
one of them is green and comes in a green can. The other
one comes in a red can but is the fluid red? Right now
the fluid in my car is colorless - well not quite but
close to it.
