The highway safety something something has just released its latest recommendation in what to look for in new cars for people who's in the market for one. Thus, I quote, "In the light of the increasing sales in light trucks, one thing consumers should not overlook is the weight of the car. Simply, heavier car is safer than lighter cars... [snip] For safety-minded consumers, we recommend cars that at least weigh in at 3000lbs." ?
