Coolant is a tenth of that, and brake lines ten times that. You simply can't build a gauge (unless it's digital) that reads all applications with enough precision. Quite apart from the idea of putting a fuel injection gauge (which gets pretty damn soaked in fuel when you use it) into a brake fluid circuit. The fluids in cars are pretty well mutually hostile.
