the 4kq trunk is certainly smaller!  it has a flat bottom.
the fuel tank is 4-5gallons larger and probably repositioned to make
room for the rear subframe and differential.
i doubt the rear exhaust sections are interchangeable
rear suspension and brakes are also completely different, but that
wouldn't necessarily affect the trunk.
