Differences in Tires/Wheels

Ok....once again pardon my ignorance.....I ordered a 1998 A4 1.8TQM.  My
dealer told me that it would be no problem to put the 5 spoke wheels on the
car.  I DID NOT order the sports package.  If the dealer puts the 5 spoke
wheels on the car does that automatically mean that I am getting 16 inch
tires too, rather than the 195/65 15's that come standard? 

If this is true, then a tire with the following specifications: 225/R16 92T
would easily fit?
