The OAT sensors (two) on my CQ are behind the grille and just in front
of the windshield by the rear edge of the hood.

		I believe the outside temp sensor is in front of the
radiator on this car.
	As far as the fog light, sounds like the dreaded trunk wiring
problem
	(check for broken wires near the hinge where the harness bends)
