If the noise sounds like a tin can rattling, it may well be the heat shield wrapped around the bottom curve in the exhaust downpipe. Angela's did this; 5 second fix with your bare hands (car COLD!). Just squeeze it a little until it stops rattling - it's like heavy duty aluminum foil. -- Andrew L.
