well, when I bought the car I specifically asked my mechanic about the clutch,
they checked it and said "it's fine...clutches normally don't wear out on these
cars"...but a couple of weeks ago I noticed a noise that sounded like the
throwout bearing starting to go, but the place where I've been taking it lately
said it was probably ok, but changed their mind once they got into the
hydraulics.

As for the rest of the stuff I've replaced, you're right, it is pretty routine,
but having it all done at once has broken my bank account completely.  I still
_love_ the car, but I can't keep pouring $$$ into it like this.
