Can I lower the electrical front seat of my '90 100TQ?

Hi,

This is Korea, and it is my first lett & question for Q-list.

I have '90 100TQ. This is european model.

I'm satisfied with its interior except one - seat height.
My 100TQ has elec. front seat with memory function. It functions well
now, but I think the seat height is too high. Moreover, its steering
wheel cannot be adjusted as like as A6, I cannot see upper side of
speedometer even when I lower driver's seat as far as I can.

I want to lower my seat, or I want to make steering wheel adjustable.

Please show me the way.
