UrQ Door Ring Placement

Two questions for all the UrQ owners with original rings and
anyone who's ever replaced them. First, can you use the
soapy water method to put them on and align them before
you make a very costly placement error? Second, can
someone with the original rings on a UrQ give me a
measurement that I can use to place my door rings? Any
help greatly appreciated. Sorry for the crazy character
problem. The list is the only place it occurs.
