The only time when they washed my car at the dealer was when they
screwed up the ignition system during timing belt change. After couple
of days filled with angry phone calls, shouting, using foul language (I
really losed my control because of these @$$h0le$) they finally fixed
it, yet they still insisted it's not their fault (first the explanation
was "faulty alarm system, get this crap out of our parking lot", then
"one of the plugs was disconnected", finally they ended with "cold
soldering in ECU") Jeez, the car ran fine for 9 years and they found a
cold soldering :-| They were hoping I'd pay for this, so they washed the
car to please me. Dreamers :-)
