Hi Has anyone had any problems with the 85 5000s climate control fan when turned on blinks on and off most of the time the fan does'nt even come on at all except when I first start the car in the mornings the fan will power up and run for about thirty seconds and then shut off also the outside tempeture indicator reads -45 all the time is this related?
