Hot relays are common complaints on Audis, and the consensus seems to be that the stock relay is over -taxed to handle the current flow. You can begin to help the problem by cleaning the contacts of the relay and crimping the female contacts in the receptical using a small screwdriver, so the connection to the relay spades will be tighter. There have been recent postings by others re -installing a larger capacity under the seat. Mike Posner. San Diego.
