Noisy hydraulic tappet?

Probably.  190kkm is about right for the first symptoms.  The only real problem 
is the noise.  They're fairly easy for a DIY mechanic to change.  I suggest you 
change the cam oil seal and fit a rubber cam cover gasket at the same time.

Best deal I could find in the UK was Adam Marsden at AM Cars - GBP12.50 per 
tappet.
