Hey! Yet another use for the "Handy Bundler" (as seen on TV).

My two year old ( i.e. has held ) solution uses nylon strapping tape
wrapped over the same "track" in a circle about 10 times.

Use one "track" on each side, about 1/4 of the way from the end.
