5000CSQT idler pully
OUr 5000CSTQ is being rebuilt.....however, Ray has had problem after
problem and I want this car fixed and OUT OF THE GARAGE!
The bolt that holds the timing belt idler pully snapped off. Does
anyone have any ideas on a fix without pulling the oil pan and oil pump
off and replacing the oil pump. He has tapped out the outer part of the
oil pump and put in an oversized bolt with loctite blue and he cannot
get the oversized bolt to take any kind of torque. Help. He needs
advice asap on this as I'm sick of seeing the car in pieces!
