One datapoint: When my mechanic did the camshaft seal on my 5KCSTQ last, he used a sawed-off, deburred piece of PVC pipe with a large washer and a bolt threaded into the camshaft sprocket bolt hole to ease the seal into place...no other sleeving or tools. I was watching while he did it - he was very careful and took his time. The new seal worked just fine, YMMV. Best Wishes, Alex
