Re: S4/91 200: which is faster?

The new S4 weighs 1510 kg (1540 for Avant) in Europe, which puts it at 12.54
(Avant: 12.78) lbs/hp :-) It needs to drop 12 hp to match the US BMW M3.

On that note, it won out over the European, 321 hp M3 in CAR...

Do I want one? Well, just a smidgen. Make mine an Avant.

More fun with numbers: A 4kcsq with a curb weight of 2850 lbs (no driver,
weighed on the local gravel pit scale) would only need 168 hp  to match the
S4's 16.96 lbs/HP. 

Now I REALLY  want to do that turbo conversion...
