My Audi coolant is green. I tried the Texaco orange and had intermittent
(read almost solid) false low coolant level alarms. This happened for about
4 months. From the day I switched back to the Audi green, I have not had a
low coolant alarm. Maybe the orange stuff doesn't conduct as well as the
green stuff - I dont know. To me, it just isn't worth saving $10 and having
the false coolant low alarms.
