I have had three reports of poor finish and quality in UK-sourced oil
cooler lines in the last week.  I would suggest avoiding UK sources
until the problem is resolved.

Symptoms are fittings with raw and unfinished ends, and apparently
random use of the 12mm x 2mm O-ring.
