bushings replacement

My 87 5000cs turbo quattro has 164k.  My mechanic tells the driver side
control arm bushing has some play - previously there was squeaking noise.
Audi wants about 300.00 for the assembly and 150.00 for the busing
alone,  Gpr sell the assembly for about 110.00. 

Since I intended to keep this car for awhile, I am considering
replacning all bushing that would normally need to be replaced about
this time.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to what bushing should be 
replaced and a good parts source for the bushings.  Even better yet, 
is there someone who is experienced in undertaking such project at a 
reasonable price in the mid-atlantic region.
