My first (based on 3 years of screwing around with it) is the tubing that connects the jets underneath the hood. Mine were just short enough that they pulled out of the jet attachments a little bit, and half the fluid dribbled out, dropping pressure. If neither of these pans out (and the jets aren't clogged; use a small needle), a new pump is about $20 or so. -- Andrew L.
