Hello List, I've just noticed that my 5KT is leaking ATF. The leak is coming from between the slushbox and the differential. It's not serious yet (only few drops overnight), but I think I should do something about it. Not willing to remove and disassemble otherwise perfectly working transmission (now, after I've said that...), I thougt I could try one of the "stop-leak" products first. So, the question is - which one is the best? I had a quick look at the stores here and most of them carry either STP or Golden Eagle. In case the stop leak wouldn't work - am I crazy to even think about removing the tranny and fixing it myself? Any BTDTs?
