I've been looking for a K24 turbo to replace the K26 ('cause someone
said faster spool up = more low-end grunt).  They aren't too easy to
find.  However, I can get K26's all day long for fairly cheap.  The
burning question is:

Can I mod the K26's impellors (sp?) to something like a K24 or RS2?  How
much are custom turbo's?  Can I do the modification (w/parts from Ned)
myself?  Cost effectiveness vs. used K24 (assuming I can find one)?
