wastegate material?

Anyone know what the wastegate is made of? Bottom seems to be aluminum. The
top is magnesium? Or something else??? Whatever it is made of can it be
anodized? Powdercoated? Jet-Hotted (they won't jet-hot magnesium, I already
checked)? Etc, etc. I'm dressing up my S4 engine compartment by
powdercoating and painting various parts red. I'm also getting TAP's group A
bypass valve, which is anodized blue and I was thinking of anodizing the
wastegate to match (while I have it off to do a RS2 manifold and turbo).
