Thanks for the amp advice!

Thanks everyone for the great amplifier advice. It looks now like I might
mount it differently as upside down looks like a big no-no.  Only question
on my mind is where now :)  I can't attach it to the fold down rear seats,
but I suppose I will figure how to put it on the side of the trunk.  Thanks
