I have the same car and use Castrol Synthetic oil -- -- iether 5W/50 or
10W/40 depending on the temp.

It should help the noise -- because the synth oil bonds to the lifters
better than normal oil.

You may also want to consider using Redline synthetic oil -- it can be
purchase through any after-market shop seen in EC.


You may also need new lifters -- someone should get back to you on that,
but it won't cost a bundle.  Check out the following we address for getting
