This happened to me last year, but I had read that the consensus after several tries was that no epoxies would hold long-term (more than a few weeks). Their were some interesting adhesives tried, though. I bit the bullet and replaced the radiator, even though I could have just used the 1" remaining neck to attach the hose. I wanted it done anyway. -- Andrew L.
