As I said, I think that if one fights such ticket both cops must be
present on trial.

I was pulled over by an unmarked car once in upstate but it was before
this order and I had no chance to win. I think I was lucky to arrange a
reasonable settlement with local DA there.

I have heard that scanners are somewhat effective but I am not sure how
much they help. And I thought that they are illegal.
