Wednesday, we had a thunderstorm in Thousand Oaks (thunderstorms in August in coastal Southern California are almost as rare as snake tits) and about 20 very tall power poles were brought down on Thousand Oaks Boulevard between Westlake Boulevard and Dusenberg Drive which pretty much covers the Auto Mall. As of Friday morning, T.O. Blvd. was still closed between these streets. Some of the car dearlerships were left without power, and since Rusnak is right on T.O.
