Re: new subscriber/v8 miles to go calculation

While it's true that it uses a limited history for the miles-to-go
calculation, I believe the Bentley claims it's 10 minutes (at least on
the 5k). I've always thought that was long enough, though I don't look
at the miles-to-go when I'm taking quick drives in the car.
