Headlight Reflector Finish Wearing Off

Today I noticed one of my headlights were a little darker than the other, I
removed the darker one and pulled off the cover only to find part of the
main headlight reflector seems to have "worn" off from the heat of the bulb.
Is there any way to fix this problem without having to replace the
headlight?  Or does somebody have an extra drivers side main reflector for a
Hella Euro Spec headlight for an '85-'87 4kq?
