At the limits in a corner, it ratchets around the corner, and feels like
the rear wheels are jumping off the ground. Its not the typical wedge
and stagger...
I put on 4 new tires, 4 new struts etc...it didnt change. (roll cage
seemed to make it worse!)

Are you running a rear sway bar? What type of a-arm bushings? Is the center
or rear diff possibly locked? What type of tires? And only under braking?
How is the f/r braking bias set? Could the rears be possibly locking under
the threshold braking as the weight shifts to the front?
