alarm disarm

I emailed this a couple of weeks ago, but never saw it posted.  Pardon the
dup if I missed it.

Anyone know how to turn off the factory alarm on the '95s?  I've tried
pushing various combinations of key fob buttons, putting the key in the
ignition, etc., but can't seem to turn off the alarm once it's been tripped.
The owners manual didn't offer any help.
