Concerning the recent debate of relative strengths/weaknesses of the BMW
328i and the A4 2.8, I think back to a quote from George Will;

"The plural of anecdote is not evidence."

And we've heard enough anecdotal evidence to fill a 7 Series.
The numbers do not lie, but neither does my backside.  I simply find
the A4 more in tune with what I expect a sport sedan to do and be.  Is one
_better_ than the other? - depends upon what you want out of it. 

All the d*ck stretching in the world from either camp is simply wasted
bandwidth.

Rage on?
