AUDI BUYING AND SELLING ADVICE NEEDED

Hey everyone my car (which I might want to sell) is as follows:

1991 Audi 100
Black (Inside and outside is near mint)
Fully Loaded
110,000 miles (mostly highway)
Few problems (noisy fuel pump, Front CV joint needs to be replaced, few
electrical 			     quirks-burnt out switches and illumination, no AC, no
Cruise Control)
Custom Stereo- Front-Kicker Resolution Comp. System
				Rear-Infinity Kappa 2 way Coaxials, Factory tweeters
				Trunk- JBL 140 Watt 4 channel Amp
					    JBL 300 Watt 4 channel Amp
					    MTX Thundercast Subs in Custom Enclosure
					    Top of the line wires and wiring
				Receiver- Clarion ARX7370 	w/ Remote Contro

Can anybody give me a good price to sell my car???????
Also, I want to buy another Audi.  Doesn't matter, newer or older than what I
have.  I want to spend around $8000 but I don't want a piece or junk.  Has to
be in excellent condition inside and out, and has to run well.  I want
something that will last me awhile...something I can upgrade and have fun
with...something a little more sporty.  Please give me some suggestions.  All
responses will be greatly appreciated.
