Anyone have a lead on the air deflection cardboard around the radiators 
of the 4000Q? Preferably made out of something more durable like maybe 
bread or pasta?

Or maybe Aluminum?  Go to Home Depot, or the like, and get a sheet of 
Aluminum, or galvy tin.  They use it on outside doors and the like.  
Trace your radiator shroud onto it and cut out with tin snips.  Did this 
on the UrQ before the shroud became unrecognizeable,  As been in service 
for years and seems fine.
