First place to check would be the oil pressure switch, located
on the passenger side of the engine, in the housing near the 
oil filter.  There are two switches, the large one is the 
Dynamic oil pressure switch and sender for the 
oil pressure gauge, and the smaller one is the oil 
pressure switch for the light.  Check the connections 
first. It's a generic oil pressure switch, looks exactly
like the one in most VW/Audi, if it is the same, just
replace it, I think they cost about $6.
