Thanks to all who responded. I was thinking $2000.00 to get it roadworthy, aside from the head gasket, I was figuring the rest for typical issues associated with any car sitting for a year, brakes, lines, mounts etc. The car WAS well taken car of it seems, except for the last month in which the owners Brother in Law was using it. This could however turn into a white elephant, and I am very appreciative of the responses from URQ owners. As some Auto-rag editor once said of V12 cars, "It's like what Hemingway said about Pheasant hunting, it's worth whatever it costs you to do it", seems to apply to the URQ also. Some have indicated that a much better example can be had for the same money that would have to be spent on this one. This is probably true, but I can honestly say this is the first one I've ever come across for sale. I have not yet made an offer, but I'm only going to go as high as $2000, tops. I'm pretty sure he'll find someone to give him more, as most who want these type of cars always seem to have much deeper pockets than yours truly. Again, I very much appreciate the comments and suggestions, nothing like asking someone whose already been there what the road ahead is like.
