Re:timing belt questions

I'm looking to replace the timing belt on my 85 Coupe and have a few
questions.  Bentley doesn't mention much about it, but is it a fairly easy
procedure.  It looks straightforward, but are there some hidden traps or
things I should know before attempting it?  Also, do I need to replace the
tensioner or anything else while I'm at it?  I'm not going to replace the
water pump for money's sake right now, but is there something else?

I'm sure many q-listers have experience with this.  I'd appreciate any helpful
info.
