RE: Mold making of injector cooling fan nozzle?

I think it would be much more difficult, to make the proper shape out of
aluminum. It seems that it would require a lot af hammering before it would
give you the proper shape. However it could be very pretty, I can almost see
the little stainless bolts all along the flanged sides. Another option would
be, to cast it out of aluminum. I have been making some phone calls to
casting companies, but that is going to be cost prohibitive, as far as I can
find out. I am sticking to rubber mold, and composite nozzle. Thanks, Martin
