Alright, Show Me The Secret Handshake, I'm In The Club!

Fellow Auto Unionists,

As of today, 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, I am now an official Audi
quattro owner!!!  YEE-HAA!  I just bought a sweet `85 4ksq from another
q-lister that lives in L.A.  I'm so incredibly happy to once again say
I'm an Audi owner.  Now I can also say, "Why yes, I own a quattro!"  It
doesn't sound as stuck-up and snotty as "Why yes, I own an Italian sports
car", but I don't care.  I love this car already.  Now I'm going to be
asking about all the big-time problems these cars have.  Like right now
I'm noticing a slight hissing sound when driving at freeway speeds in 5th
gear.  What's causing that?  And is it possible to replace the gearing of
this `85 with that of the CGT's?  I've noticed the quattro is geared a
lot higher, and that's my only pet peeve.  I guess I just need to get use
to this car.

And to those who don't believe in the Audi gods:  last night the girl who
caused my CGT to be totalled had a bit of engine trouble.  It seems, for
some inexplicable reason, that her car is smoking like crazy and has lost
all power.  I'm guessing a blown headgasket.  And this just seven hours
before I'm rewarded for my faith and patience with a quattro.  I have
been avenged!
