'94 S4 rear brake pad replacement

Hello all ,

OK it's Saturday afternoon. Got the pads; got the wheels off, and am
looking  at the calipers and carriers...

Do I need to hold the 15mm nut while loosening the 13mm bolt to get the
calipers off? Turning the 13mm bolt seems to just spin it.
Do I take out the two hex head bolts to remove the rotors?
I've heard that I should lube the parking brake cables (thanks Doug);
anything else I should be aware of when doing the rears on this car?
