Can't say I care for the Cougar styling, but I'm impressed with the underpinnings. If only Ford could produce a decent shifter. An AWD Cougar was on display at the Chicago Auto Show a few months ago. I was looking forward to ordering one someday until I read the plaque that said Dearborn (sorry, Irvine) had no plans to bring the car out with four-wheel power. The fools.
