RE: RE: Subject: RE: Older Audis being compared to newer Asian/US cars?
Careful Chris, don't let her get too Audi tolerant or literate or she'll
turn on you like mine did.
An Audi addict, wanting all the toys and all the power the pocket book can
muster. Then when you least expect it they somehow secretly gain superior
technical knowledge and control to all the keys to your favorite toy
leaving you to muck around trying to salvage parts for a 10-20 year old
car. Then they have the audacity (Audi-acity) to nibble on your ear and
tell you what a nice job you did washing and waxing "her" car.
In order of key holders...

'96 S6 (wife/dog)
'86 CGT x 2 (mine - well at least one is roadworthy)

Well, my wife is starting to be audi-literate; even more important than
she's generally audi _tolerant_....
