Euro Lights H4 high beam won't light

I finally got a chance to put the Euros into the 200. I did a quad load
reduction relay setup with 12 gauge wire. I found automatic strippers
and cam lock crimpers to be invaluable. The H4 low beams work and the
autocheck chimes. The H3's light when the high beams are selected
(curiously the autocheck does not alert), but the h4's go out. I though
that the headlight assemblies were wired internally to light the high
filament of the h4 along with the H3. What gives?
