Porsche Trans

  I do know that the Porsche version is a type 016 trans as I have two
944T's.  And it is well known to Porsche afficondos that it is a Audi Trans.
I'll have to look at my new to me 5000SQ and see how close the outside
housings are.  Don't know if that means whole transaxle or just the
transmission internals as far as limited slips go I have never heard of
anyone on the Porsche side talk about putting one of the limited slips in a
Audi but they do make a Quaiffe Differential for the Porsche which is almost
a copy of the Torsen design.  MGH
