Leaky BMC reservoir grommets

Hi gang,

Latest weekend repair to fix the cracked connectors for the hydraulic and 
brake fluid reservoirs revealed that the rubber gromments the brake fluid 
reservoir sits on are shot and leaking pretty bad.

Can anyone who's BTDT tell me if I need to bleed the whole system to change 
these?
